Different ways to mould Onigiri
・Triangle Onigiri
The most basic type.  It is important not to crush the rice kernels when moulding. 
・Circle Onigiri
  Made by rounding your  palm and fingers. Sides are flat.
・Sack Onigiri
  Often seen in Osaka  and Kansai. Made by rolling in palms of hand while moving hands up and down.
