About Keikaku-teiden(計画停電)

Keikaku-teiden(計画停電) is an intentional electric power failure to cover lack of electricity in devastated area. Japanese government had divided into 5 groups to do this intentional electric power failure. It will be done in order from the 1st group.

NOTICE

*Signals will be out of power. Please be careful when driving and walking across the road.
*Turn off the circuit breaker and plug off all sockets of household electrical appliance.
*Don't use the elevator before and after the intentional electric power failure.
*Don't use the restroom/bathroom/toilet. It may not flush.

When will Intentional Electric Power Failure happen?

Tohoku-Electric Power / Tokyo-Electric Power (TEPCO) will announce the plan in the morning.
