1, How to eat Sushi.

Clean your hands first by hot towel “oshibori”. Pick up a sushi with your two fingers, thumb and middle. Dip the fish side to soy sauce and bring the sushi to your mouth. If you are afraid of using your hands, you can also use chopsticks to eat shchi.

*Do not dip sushi in soy sauce too much. It breaks the balance of the taste between the sushi rice and fish.

2, How to eat Japanese noodles.
Use chopsticks to pick up the noodles. In Japan, slurping is ok to enjoy the food. Avoid hanging noodles out of your mouth.  Try the put the entire noodle in your mouth at once.

3, How to eat Okonomiyaki.

Okonomiyaki is kind of Japanese style pancakes. Okonomiyaki includes sliced cabbage and various toppings. You can choose topping such as pork, shrimp, yakisoba, squid, red ginger, cheese, natto and more. In some restaurants, you can make the Okonomiyaki by yourself. Hiroshima and Osaka are famous for Okonomiyaki in Japan.
