The Negishi Sanpei Museum belongs to rakugo story teller Hayashiya Sanpei. Scripts, clothing, and notebooks belonging to Hayashiya are displayed in this museum. A rakugo story session is held on the third Saturday of every month.

Hayashiya Sanpei was known as Showa’s “king of laughter,” and became the flame that sparked the comedy boom when televisions came into existence. He passed away in 1980.
