Called so because of its leaves’ resemblance to chrysanthemum. It is considered food only in East Asian countries, and is used a lot in one-pot cooking such as Fugu-nabe (one-pot cooking with swellfish) or Sukiyaki. The tempura of it is commonly served with Soba.
