The Fujizuka(富士塚) is a small hill made to resemble Mount Fuji. A lot of these hills can be seen in Tokyo. The reason for this is because during the Edo period, Fuji worship became popular amongst the peoples. For those who were unable to see Mount Fuji, let along climb it, the fujizuka became a miniature version of the mountain for them to visit.
